Benefits Summary:
- Basic up to $3000 + Commission + VB
- Average commission range $1000 - $2000 per month
- Tuesday to Saturday 10.15am to 8.00pm
- Tanjong Pagar MRT
- Collaborate with fellow Stylists on the Sales Team to provide exceptional customer service, driving continuous sales and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct sales appointments with brides, actively engaging with them to understand their requirements and offer suitable gown/package recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Seamstress to ensure customers\' gowns are properly fitted and meet their specific needs.
- Assist the Supervisor in resolving product or service issues by attentively addressing customer complaints, identifying the root cause, and providing clear explanations of the best solutions to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- Follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer emails, messages, and calls, ensuring accurate documentation of customer requests and prompt action to fulfill them.
- Fulfill other administrative and operational responsibilities as required from time to time.
