Looking to hire a new team member to double up as Bridal Stylist & MUA Assistant

• Bridal shop is located at Oxley Tower

• Position: Open to full time or part time basis (minimally 6 months commitment)

• Working Days: Monday to Sunday (subject to confirmed appointment at studio and bookings for makeup services)

• Available to start in Jun or asap

• Able to communicate in fluent English and Mandarin

Responsibilities for Bridal Stylist

• Recommending bridal gowns based on each customer\xe2\x80\x99s body type and personal taste

• Informing customers about the range of styles, colors and cuts they can select from

• Help brides try on dresses and accessories

• Take measurements and arrange alterations on dresses, as needed

• Provide accurate information about gowns, like pricing and materials

• Schedule dress fittings with clients

• Coordinate delivery, pick-up and return of dresses

• Participate in bridal expos to promote our store and wedding dresses to potential customers

Note:

• Training will be provided

• Currently appointments are by booking only, hence we only need to be present at the studio for confirmed appointments

Responsibilities for Makeup Artist Assistant

• Assist makeup artist with preparation work such as: setting up makeup station and tools, cleaning client\xe2\x80\x99s face, applying foundation etc, and assist makeup artist when she is doing makeup for the client

• Assist with simple hair styling, such as: hair straightening, curling etc

• Assist with basic makeup for groom, such as: applying foundation, drawing eyebrows etc

• Select suitable outfit that are matching with client\xe2\x80\x99s makeup look, and ironing of clothes prior to the shoot

• Assist client during the entire photo/video shoot process, ensuring client\xe2\x80\x99s makeup, hair and outfit remains clean and aesthetic

• Housekeeping work include: cleaning makeup tools after each use, tidying makeup station, tidying outfits worn by clients and send for cleaning etc

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week Salary: $1,200.00 - $2,400.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Makeup application: 1 year (Preferred)
