We're Hiring: Proxy Operations Engineer (Singaporean Only)

Ssquad is looking for a Proxy Operations Engineer to join our team in Singapore! If you have experience with Broadcom Proxy (Symantec) and a passion for supporting enterprise security infrastructure, we want to hear from you.

Role: Proxy Operations Engineer

Working Hours: Regular office hours, 5 days work from office

Location: Singapore

Nationality Requirement: Local Singaporean

Payroll: Ssquad, Salary : As per Market Standard

Responsibilities:

Daily operations and monitoring of Broadcom Proxy (Symantec)

Responding to end-user requests for policy additions, deletions, or modifications

Performing basic troubleshooting

Raising and managing support tickets with service provider that supports this system.

Collecting logs for issue resolution

Required Proficiency:

Broadcom Proxy (Symantec) - Minimum Level 1 experience

Good-to-Have Knowledge:

F5 Load Balancer - for proxy load balancing

Microsoft Active Directory - for proxy authentication

Symantec CA and MA - for proxy integration via ICAP

Menlo Security - used as an upstream proxy
