We are looking for a Broker, for Marsh Affinity Singapore.

We will count on you to:

• Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day communication on numerous and/or complex accounts, following up on correspondences and managing high-quality and timely communications.
• Develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses by conducting client research, analysing industry issues, preparing benchmarking studies and presenting to clients and prospects.
• Support colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects of designated accounts including billing transactional work, generating and coordinating timelines, liaising between senior colleagues and clients, and generally representing the business to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
• Manage account concerns and address issues in a timely manner, applying judgement as to when and what to escalate up to senior colleagues.
• Start building professional relationships with counterparts at client organizations.
• Have a good understanding of the company\'s service offerings and market trends to enhance work performance, enrich client interactions and develop sales capabilities.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or diploma with at least 2 years of experience within insurance industry.
• Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent. ANZIIF or ACII will be an advantage.
