Job Description

:

• Provide timely and accurate broking services to clients in Singapore and Japan.
• Manage and execute client orders efficiently through our system.
• Conduct business development activities, negotiate, and close deals in the SG & Japan markets.
• Compile, organize, and maintain records of business transactions.
• Calculate dealing prices following Company policies.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Explore business development opportunities with prospective clients and other potential revenue-generating markets.
• Collaborate closely with front-office and back-office staff to address client queries.
• Inform desk members about previous day trades and any broking issues.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by respective Managers.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience living in or working with the Singapore/Japan market is preferred.
• Preferably, experience in broking or financial sales.
• Familiarity with the energy market, especially commodities trading, is advantageous.
• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working under pressure.
