Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Political Risk & Structured Credit (PRSC) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Broker in the PRSC team, you will play an important part in managing client accounts and supporting the team's business development efforts across Asia.
We will count on you to:

• Work collaboratively with team members to service PRSC accounts, ensuring key deliverables and operational excellence.
• Assist in developing new PRSC prospects and contribute to achieving the team's annual new business revenue targets.
• Prepare market submissions for new transactions, consolidate client feedback, negotiate policy wording, and complete the policy placement process.
• Monitor accounts including payments and collections, and ensure accurate client and insurer onboarding and billing.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in related field p.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of insurance principles is beneficial.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
