Job Description
- Position: Brokerage Clerk/Broking Admin Executive (100% ACCOUNT SERVICING/NO SALES INVOLVED)
- Location: Raffles Quay (Walking Distance from MRT)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am-6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 16 Days AL + Flexi Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Insurance Broking
- Provide insurance broking advice and insurance placement for clients.
- Liaise with clients to understand their insurance needs and advise them on the available insurances coverage available.
- Obtain relevant underwriting information from client for submission to underwriters for quotation and terms.
- Reviewing rates, terms and conditions of quoted insurances and advising clients accordingly.
- Monitoring respective clients\' statement of accounts regularly and ensuring that any outstanding payments are collected from client.
- Reviewing the list of renewal business on a daily basis and ensuring that necessary action is taken to renew clients\' expiring policies where applicable and necessary.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Possess a Diploma in any Discipline.
- At least 1 year of working experience in insurance/bank etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Required to take the Commercial General Insurance (CGI) certificate (fully funded by company), if candidate does not possess the certificate.
