You will join as a professional individual contributor and a key team member responsible for placement and ensuring market relationships are cultivated, maintained and improved where required. We will count on you to: Execute prompt and accurate placement services (including but not limited to quotation slips/coverage summary/administration) for accounts which you will handle and responsible for. Negotiate with reinsurers to obtain the best solutions to meet client's needs. Program design and syndication of placement transactions. Assist key Placement colleagues in strategy meetings relating to reinsurance renewals, client retention and new business tenders. Co-ordinate placement broking services with other global Bowring Marsh broking groups. Develop, maintain and build strong relationships with local broking/retail placement teams and market relationships. What you need to have: Experience in the following areas preferred: Property and Casualty product lines, Risk Management, Corporate Segment clients, Political Violence product line. Attained minimum Certification in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent. ANZIFF or ACII will be an advantage. Good command of English, written and verbal.
