Enterprise Architect - Application Transformation and Rationalization

Establish a strong link between IT Strategy and Execution through Enterprise Architecture Management

*



Drive the strategy for the application/technology landscape by analyzing IT Strategy/Portfolio to formulate the architecture roadmap

*



Monitor the execution of application portfolio transformation across multiple business domains

*



Research market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to recommend technologies, standards, methods, and tools for both long-term strategic and short-term tactical objectives

*



Advise and recommend enterprise architecture strategies, blueprints, principles, patterns, processes, and methodologies

*



Drive the Enterprise Architecture Design Authority governance with project architects/managers to ensure compliance with architectural standards

*



Deliver enterprise-wide technology architecture plans achieving application simplification and standardization



Preferred Skills and Profile



*



Strong knowledge and experience in the CPG industry, including solution design and delivery of applications and technologies for Omni-Channel Ecommerce, CRM, Retail, Sales and Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain

*



Knowledge of Salesforce technologies (SFCC, SFMC, SFSC, Lightning, CG Cloud, etc.) is a plus

*



Proven ability to guide IT and business stakeholders on target enterprise capability blueprints

*



Expertise in Cloud Solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP), Enterprise Integration Patterns (API, Event, ESB), Business Intelligence (GCP), and Master Data Management technologies

*



Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

*



Demonstrated ability to build an enterprise architecture function from scratch

*



Passion for technology with expert-level technical and architectural skills

*



Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management abilities

*



Ability to influence indirectly across multi-functional teams and act as a driver of change

*



Skilled at balancing short-term and long-term goals, with proven project management and process expertise (resource, timeline, and budget estimation)

Fluency in English



Required Work Experience

8 to 12 years of strong technology experience, with at least the last 3 years in Enterprise Architecture



Preferred Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technology experience

*



Certifications in recognized industry standards such as OpenGroup TOGAF, Salesforce, Microsoft Azure/PowerPlatform, GCP
