Enterprise Architect (Application Transformation Rationalization)This role is responsible for bridging the gap between IT Strategy and its execution through effective Enterprise Architecture Management. The Enterprise/Solution Architect will lead the development and implementation of application and technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role demands a strong understanding of emerging technologies, industry best practices, and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Alignment:
  • Connect IT strategy to execution through Enterprise Architecture Management.
  • Develop and drive application/technology landscape strategies based on IT Strategy/Portfolio analysis.
  • Create and manage the architecture roadmap for application portfolio transformation across various business domains.
  • Technology Research & Recommendations:
  • Research and stay informed on market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
  • Recommend technologies, standards, methods, and tools to support both long-term strategic and short-term tactical business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on enterprise architecture strategies, blueprints, principles, patterns, processes, and methodologies.
  • Governance & Compliance:
  • Lead the enterprise architecture design authority governance.
  • Collaborate with project architects and managers to ensure architectural compliance across projects.
  • Experience & Expertise:
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering enterprise-wide technology architecture plans that simplify and standardize applications.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry.
  • Strong understanding of solution design and delivery for applications and technologies related to Omni-Channel Ecommerce, CRM, Retail, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain business processes.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Technologies (SFCC, SFMC, SFSC, Lightning & CG Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead and guide IT and business stakeholders on target enterprise capability blueprints.
  • Expertise in providing architecture recommendations for Cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP), Enterprise integration patterns (API, Event, ESB), and Business Intelligence/Master Data Management technologies.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create impactful presentations.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders indirectly.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving change within an organization.
  • Project & Time Management:
  • Ability to manage and deliver on both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Strong project management and process experience, including accurate resource, timeframe, and budget estimation for projects and deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a technology-related field.
  • 8-12 years of strong technology experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in enterprise architecture.
  • Certifications in industry-recognized standards such as TOGAF, Salesforce, Microsoft Azure/PowerPlatform, GCP, etc. are preferred.
