Job Title: Buggy Driver and Service Crew Salary: $2700 Location: Sentosa Siloso Beach Working Days: 6 Days / Week Working Hours: Different outlets different operationg hours ( Will be discuss during interview) Benefits: 14 days of AL, Birthday leave, Staff discount, Performance bonus Job Duties: Buggy:

• Support guests with transportation to and from the Beach Club
• Drive guests in the buggy wherever required within the designated compound following the schedule given by the Assistant GM/Outlet Manager
• Put the buggy on charge at the end of each shift to ensure they are in working order for the next day
• Check the battery water, brake, lights etc on a daily basis before using a buggy
• Ensure that the buggy is clean and well maintained at all times
• Report any technical fault immediately to Assistant GM/Outlet Manager
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Assistant GM/Outlet Manager

Service:

• Responsible for the basic set-ups of the outlet
• Be punctual, efficient and above all courteous and helpful attitude at all time
• To ensure the workstation is ready with adequate guest\xe2\x80\x99s supplies and equipment before each operation.
• Familiar with the menu and know the ingredients, the basic method of cooking and the time it takes to prepare the dish
• To take orders and recommend daily special items to guests. (Repeat order out to guests)
• To set the tables after taking the order.
• To serve food and beverages to the guests in an appropriate manner.
• To clear and clean tables soon after the guests leave and reset to its original position, tidiness of the dining area
• To report any complaints received or discrepancies in service immediately to Outlet Manager / Supervisor
• To ensure cleanliness of flatware, chinaware, glassware, disposable items, etc.
• To coordinate with the Kitchen crews to ensure smooth and efficient operation

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License
• At least 2 years of driving experience
• Comfortable working long shifts if required and on weekends and PHs
• Well-groomed
