Job Summary
- The staff will manage and work alongside the Day Care team to provide a high standard of palliative care within the day care.
- The staff will contribute and lead day care hospice developments and will work closely with members of the multi-professional team members to ensure consistency of approach and intervention.
- The staff will involve in orientation, training and supervising new & junior staff to ensure the provision of safe care in the day care.
- Diploma in Nursing / Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Valid practicing license with Singapore Nursing Board.
- Minimum 3 years in clinical experience.
- Compassion, positive attitude, flexibility, adaptability to new changes, customer service oriented.
- Competent in MS office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
