Building & Facilities Executive

Job Description
$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Management of building and facilities, including physical and IT infrastructure, security system, utilities and carpark gantry system
- Ensuring compliance with building regulatory and safety requirements, including fire safety
- Participating in the Building Committee, attending meetings and liaising with committee members
- Safekeeping of building records, preparing proposals, plan and tenders for building improvement projects
- Monitoring regular servicing and maintenance of facilities and equipment, arranging and assisting with ad hoc repairs
- Procurement and contract management with contractors, vendors and service providers
- Assisting with preparations, cleaning and packing up related to booking of facilities
- Assisting with management , including tenant account management and other operational matters.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, emails and general IT literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
