Building And Constrution Supervisor
Job Description
Monitor the day-to-day operations of a project
Check and supervise all works performed by subcontractors / gangs
Consult the Project Engineer / Site Engineer / Project Co-ordinator and Project Manager on any problems related to quality
Liaise with Client / Consultant's representatives on checking of work
Control and monitor materials delivered on site
Ensure that works are done in accordance with the daily report
Assist in the handing over of completed works and rectification of any defects
* Check all construction drawings / sketches received on site and to report any discrepancy to the Project Manager
