Building and Facilities Maintenance Technician (Aftersales Department)Ubi/ Mondays to Friday: 9am -6pm, Alternate Saturday: 9am \xe2\x80\x93 1pm:- Maintain facilities through routine checks on:- Electrical systems- Air-conditioning systems- Compressed air systems- Chilled-water systems- Coordinate with contractors for:- Routine servicing- Emergency repairs- Ensuring daily operational state of the building- Supervise vendors during renovations to ensure a smooth transition- Maintain good housekeeping in:- AHU (Air Handling Unit) rooms- Switch rooms- Ensure cleanliness of equipment and site- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to:- Carry out scheduled work- Supervise on-premises work- Ensure quality, cost-effective repairs and renovations- Perform hands-on repairs for:- Sanitary and plumbing works- Electrical works- Building works- Conduct simple fault-finding for telephone lines- Perform other duties as assignedRequirements:- Nitec in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services- 2 years of experience in building maintenance and facilities support- Certificate in Building Maintenance/Building Inspection (added advantage)- Good problem-solving skills- Good communication skills- Ability to work under pressure and multitaskInterested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click "apply now" an updated copy of your resume in MS Word format.We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd
