Salary Range: $3K - $5K (depends on experience and last drawn salary)
Work Location: Islandwide
- In-charge of building facilities management matters
- Involved to manage high rise building
- Oversee the daily operation
- Attend management meetings
- Involving in administrative matters
- Control of the building management matters
- Perform routine building maintenance works
- Involved in cyclical maintenance works, improvement works
- Degree in Building / Facilities / Engineering
- With 5 years of experience
- Managing of estate or commercial buildings
- With FSM
