Coordinate and organise minor building works at site for the following but not limited to:
Fitout works
Partition works
Ceiling Works
Wall Finishes Works
Floor Finishes Works
Ironmongery Works
System Furniture / Furniture Works
Glass Repair /Replacement Works
Fa\xc3\xa7ade Repair Works
Acoustic Related Issues / Treatment
Structure Works
Doors related works
Handyman works (Hanging of picture, repair of drawers and etc.)
Plumbing and Sanitary System
Irrigation System
Portable Water System
Rain Water Down Pipe System
Pipe Burst / Pipe Leak cases / incident
Sanitary fitting and wares related works
Organize site survey with vendors and gather quotation if required \\
Escort vendors / technician for rectification works
Attend fault and investigate issues onsite
Prepare quotation to client for any rectification works
Arrange schedule of works with vendor and client once the job is awarded
Liaise with Procurement Executive for any purchase of items/ replenish stocks
Sign off vendor service report and prepare job completion form for submission of claim to client after every work is done
Have regular check-ins or site walk to capture any building matters
Pick up and attend to user\xe2\x80\x99 request/ fault reporting on time

Diploma/Degree in Civil Structure/Architecture Engineering recognised by PE board or BCA
Posses at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
