Job Description

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7.45 a.m. to 4.45 p.m.

Tuesday to Saturday: 7.45 a.m. to 4.45 p.m.Changing rotating every 2 week

• Location: Tuas Ave
• Salary: $2000-$2500 + Quarterly bonus depends on company and individual performance

Requirement:

• NITEC/HIGHER NITEC/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering/ Facility Management
• 1 to 3 years of experience in building/ facilities servicing and maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine building, utility and facility maintenance work.
• Coordinate the maintenance, repair and troubleshooting for utility equipment. (Boiler, compressor, chiller, dryer, cooling tower, air conditioner)
• Liaise with PE for utility equipment servicing and overhaul
• Coordinate audit for the routine checking for building and facility.
