Responsibilities

Perform routine daily inspections around the building to check for building defects/safety issues/housekeeping and propose/obtain quotations for necessary repair/maintenance works
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance
Supervise and perform routine maintenance work and repair services when required
Attend to tenants requests/feedback/complaints
Monitor housekeeping, tenancy fitting out and building improvement works
Implement fire safety procedures and conduct routine fire drills for the building

Job requirements

Minimum 3 year experience in building operations and maintenance of commercial building
Diploma or Degree in relevant studies in Property Management, Facilities Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Certified Fire Safety Manager by SCDF
Team player and good interpersonal skills
