About the role

We are seeking an experienced Building Information Modelling (BIM) Manager to join our team. As the BIM Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation and management of BIM processes and technologies across our organisation. This is a full-time position that will allow you to make a significant impact on the success of our building services engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing BIM standards, protocols, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects Coordinating and overseeing the creation of BIM models and associated data by the project teams Providing training and support to project teams on the effective use of BIM tools and technologies Collaborating with project stakeholders to identify and address BIM-related challenges and opportunities Monitoring and reporting on the performance of BIM processes and technologies to drive continuous improvement Staying up-to-date with the latest BIM industry trends and best practices, and implementing them within the organisation

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar BIM management role within the building services engineering industry Proficient in the use of BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, and experience in managing BIM projects from concept to completion Excellent technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and develop innovative solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Thorough understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the industry * Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
