Attend to user\xe2\x80\x99s requests and complaints via established Computerized Management Systems.
Administer and manage Temasek Polytechnic term contractors.
Ensure all preventive maintenance works and SOPs are carried out timely and according to the planned schedule as per the stipulated Response, Delivery, and Completion Time
Conduct regular inspections of the schools established to ensure that the premises are in satisfactory and serviceable condition and properly maintained.
Coach and train the technical team to ensure familiarized and knowledgeable of the requirements of work.
Install, resolve, repair, troubleshoot, and analyze faults speedily and recommend holistic, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions to the Authority.
Certify and endorse Job Completion from Contractors.
Call quotations, evaluating and recommending to TP for works outside the maintenance contracts; provide a technical report if necessary.
Support and assist all with the work related to Building facilities, and sustainability.
Participate in weekly ops meetings & bi-weekly meetings with the Authority including all key personnel on the FM Operations
Submit routine reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to the Authority as per contract requirements.
Manage GR&R, improvement progress from implementation to handover, and update the team lead and project team where information is required.
Seek FMs, Project Team, and Team Lead\xe2\x80\x99s advice when procedures and constraints are encountered during the process of improvement works and GR&R.
Assist the SFM and Zone Team where assistance is deemed necessary by the management.

Relevant degree or diploma holder in Architecture or Engineering or Facilities management or equivalent and
Minimum 8 years of relevant facilities management experience or equivalent
