Roles & Responsibilities
To monitor and manage the traffic condition of the building and loading bay
Supervised appointed contractors to carry out approved repair works and scheduled maintenance work in the building
Assist to execute preventive maintenance matters and/or ad-hoc upgrading projects
Monitor work progresses and ensure deadlines are met
Attend to tenant's feedback on the building and related facilities
Any other ac-hoc duties when assigned
Able to perform electrical and pumping repairs would be advantageous
Requirements
Possesses at least 1 year of experience in facility/building maintenance
Have basic knowledge of electrical works, fire alarm system
Pro-active and independent
