Building Maintenance Engineer (industrial building)

Job Description
Our client is one of the leading player in Semiconductor Manufacturing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Facility Engineer to be part of their Maintenance Team. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible.
Duties of Facility Engineer:
Responsible for the upkeep of building structures, both inside and outside. Handle repairs and servicing of fixtures, fittings, and related facilities. Liaise with contractors for the maintenance and statutory certification of lifts and cranes. Oversee and coordinate contractors to ensure proper execution of works. Maintain the overall condition, cleanliness, and safety of the premises and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 3 to 5 years of building maintenance experience
