Summary:
- Salary Range: SGD$2200 - S$3000 (depending on relevant working experience) 1 - 3 years about S$2.5k
- Mobile Allowance S$30 (S$40 for Senior Technician)
- Entitled to AWS and Variable Bonus (depending on individual performance)
- Entitled to OT (as and when required)
- Working Location: CDB Area - all every near to MRT stations (Grade A commercial buildings)
- Working Hours: 3 rotating shifts (5.5 working days which means every 2 weeks get 3 rest - days)
- Morning - 7am/7.30am to 4pm/4.30pm
- Afternoon - 2pm to 11pm
- Night - 1.30pm to 7.30am ($14/shift allowance)Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers\' enquiries, needs and
complaints
- Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical
services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and
electrical controlRequirements
- Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related field
- Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer- centric skillsWorking experience preferred: ACMV, BMS system, Electrical, Fire Protection SystemApplicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
