Job Description

We are looking for a night shift maintenance staff to join our existing team.

Working hours 10pm to 7am, 1 hour break. 6 days work week. Performs repairs and preventative maintenance work to ensure the hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained Maintain records of maintenance activities in the appropriate logs. To conduct regular air con maintenance and repairs. Performs inspections and routine maintenance To repair all defects in common areas and rooms (etc, doors, bed lights, shower holders) and able to identify deficiencies. To carry out ad hoc painting jobs due to wear and tear of hotel interiors. To work with contractors eg fire, electrical, internet, telco to ensure that the hotel is able to operate efficiently without any disruptions.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
