Job Description

Responsibilities:

To carry out routine inspection on electrical, air-conditioning systems, fire protection systems, plumbing and sanitary systems in the building. Able to do hands on to carry out repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works Inspect buildings, equipment's and appliances for functionality, checking for faults and fixing them where they exist to keep all things running and functioning properly. Diagnose problems in the building to facilitate the prompt repairs for the convenience of tenants, and carry out repairs on minor problems, such as light fixtures, clogged toilets, leakages, peeling wall and furniture and others Attend to building and tenants' defects and breakdowns as requested. Possesses electrical knowledge to check and fix the electrical wiring and knows the compliance with regulatory standards to avoid accidents Supervise and manage contractors or vendors for preventive & corrective maintenance works Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required

Requirement:

NTC / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Building/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent Atleast 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience in maintaining office buildings / service apartments Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure * Good team worker with service-orientated mindset
