Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead Building Management and Engineering Services for a major real estate portfolio. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, timely maintenance, asset enhancements, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead building operations, maintenance, and major capex projects to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement equipment replacement/upgrading plans and explore new technologies for efficiency.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor performance to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Supervise tenant fit-outs, additions & alterations, and support Asset Enhancement Initiatives.
- Oversee building safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent.
- 6+ years in facilities management with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in retail malls or real estate preferred.
- Knowledge of sustainability initiatives and regulatory compliance; Fire Safety Manager certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
