Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of building operations and facilities, which includes leading a team of building executives and outsourcing services such as cleaners, security personnel, and concierge staff.
- Regularly inspect the building to ensure that it is well-maintained, including checking for cleanliness, proper signage, and functioning car parks. Follow up on any necessary repairs and make recommendations to management.
- Develop a budget plan for the building, create management reports, review contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and monitor building repairs and defects.
- Collaborate closely with the M&E team to manage the building\'s facilities and equipment, and regulate the use of shared amenities and facilities.
- Prepare and administer quotations and tenders for maintenance, services, and supplies, and provide advice on selecting suitable vendors and specialists to award such contracts.
- Manage, supervise, and assess the quality of work done by staff and vendors, and ensure that routine maintenance works and services are carried out according to the assigned work scope.
- Participate in the building\'s efforts to meet Green Mark upgrading standards and requirements, and regularly update the building\'s policies and compliance.
- Regularly inspect the fire protection facilities and systems, and ensure that they are functioning properly. If necessary, follow up on any needed repairs or recommendations with management.
- Conduct mandatory fire evacuation drills and table-top exercises in compliance with SCDF\'s regulations, and schedule fire inspections by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) to renew the fire certificate.
- Respond to correspondence and tenant inquiries regarding building matters, and liaise with relevant authorities on building-related issues.
Additional Information:
- Degree in Building Management, or equivalent
- Fire Safety Manager Certification is a plus but not a must
