Monitors and ensures each staff discharges their duties diligently\xc2\xb7Vet documents and submissions for accuracy and quality before they are sent to e2i\xc2\xb7Ensure that the Service are carried out in accordance with KPI guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and statutory requirements\xc2\xb7Ensure public and tenants\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and complaints are attended to according to the timeframe stipulated\xc2\xb7Prepare and submit Management Reports to e2i\xc2\xb7Ensure that due diligence is observed and exercised on the maintenance and upkeep of the building installations and systems at site\xc2\xb7Ensure that the maintenance regimes and schedules of the site are carried out as planned\xc2\xb7Plan, organize and implement work programmes and projects as assigned by e2i\xc2\xb7Co-ordinate and execute maintenance and tenancy works promptly\xc2\xb7Budget, plan and execute yearly improvement works\xc2\xb7Ensure proper records of transactions and accounts relating to the management and maintenance of the sites\xc2\xb7Monthly dialogue with tenants/customer engagement\xc2\xb7Oversee vendor management in terms of performance and service standards for both JLL and e2i term contractorsLocation:On-site \xe2\x80\x93SingaporeIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don\xe2\x80\x99t meet all the requirements.
