Building Security Officer (commercial Building) ($2000 $2600/aws/vb)

Job Description
$2600 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Working in a team to provide first-level support to daily operations in security, housekeeping, landscapes, pest control, carpark operation, and building maintenance.
- Supervise and inspect the works of the service providers.
- Work closely with the Building Manager/Executives to provide building resolutions recommendations during the fit-out phase or when tenants escalate non-standard matters.
- Response/operate the fire alarm system in Fire Command Centre (FCC).
- Monitor CCTV, card access system, report any incidents or faults immediately.
- Attend and manage any emergencies on site.
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Building & Construction / maintenance experience is a plus.
- Possess a Class 3 License.
