Working in a team to provide first-level support to daily operations in security, housekeeping, landscapes, pest control, carpark operation, and building maintenance.
Supervise and inspect the works of the service providers.
Work closely with the Building Manager/Executives to provide building resolutions recommendations during the fit-out phase or when tenants escalate non-standard matters.
Response/operate the fire alarm system in Fire Command Centre (FCC).
Monitor CCTV, card access system, report any incidents or faults immediately.
Attend and manage any emergencies on site.
Requirements:
Min Nitec qualifications.
Candidates with security experience are welcome to apply.
