Review the BIM model and ensure correct the installation details, compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
Supervise and coordinate site installation works by contractors.
Attending site coordinate meetings with main-con, consultants and contractor.
Lead daily briefing and execute the project activities and oversee implementation of the quality plan.
Coordinate installation activities, site safety, order, arrange and receive M&E major equipment delivery for contractors installation.
Site progress update bi-weekly and monthly.
Arrange and attend material, equipment, installation, and testing inspection.
Carry out testing and commissioning and handover of completed work activities to respective authorities or clients to in timely manner and delivery with desired quality standards and safety aspects.
Maintain all quality and safety records, and other duties as assigned
