Job Description

Job Scope:

• Coordinate with internal groups, project consultants, and other relevant parties to gather prerequisite / as-built property details such as floor area, floor plans, electrical provisions, water supply, and photographs to facilitate eBid/PQM tender launches and shops allocation.
• Arrange and coordinate viewing requests.
• Monitor construction progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of the construction status of newly built BTO shops and social communal facilities to facilitate eBid/PQM tender launches and unit allocation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain prerequisite clearances and requirements to facilitate marketing of ad hoc void deck spaces for vending machines, setting up of Pick Lockers etc to benefit residents.
• Perform administrative duties and support technical requests from managers.
• Providing monthly report inputs to facilitate internal groups in updating of commercial map etc.

Requirements:

• Possess basic building knowledge, including the ability to read and understand floor plans and M&E drawings, with 1-3 years of experience in property management related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD software, and a good general knowledge of IT are essential.
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills, be adaptable, quick to learn, resourceful, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant technical certifications are advantageous.

Contract Duration: 1 year
Location: Toa Payoh
Salary: $18/hr

Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 6pm
