Job Scope:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building facilities and equipment Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Monitor and operate HVAC, lighting, pump, and BMS systems Assist in supervising contractors during maintenance or repair works Conduct routine checks and record readings of M&E systems Attend to tenants' complaints and resolve faults promptly Support facility improvement and renovation projects Ensure maintenance works comply with safety standards and regulations

Job Requirement:

NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering 1-3 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management
