M&E / Facilities Support Works;
- Commercial buildings maintenance
- To assist the Facilities Supervisor in carrying out the routine inspection and maintenance of M&E and estate functions.
- Check the toilets\xe2\x80\x99 flushing systems, car park, driveway, general condition, pest control, building fa\xc3\xa7ade, rooftop, drains, bin center, etc.
- Maintain utilities consumptions, relamping of exit lights
- Inspect switch room, electrical risers, fire and pump rooms, standby generator room, etc. according to planned schedule.

Starting Salary S$ 2,500
9am to 6pm; 9am to 1pm / 5.5 days \xe2\x80\x93 Mon to Sat.,with 1 hour lunch break.
