Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operational tasks, including addressing customer inquiries, needs, and complaints.
• Perform preventive maintenance and provide technical support for mechanical and electrical services.
• Conduct breakdown repairs and servicing for systems such as plumbing, sanitary services, air conditioning, ACMV systems, and chillers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical control systems to ensure smooth operations.

You are eligible to apply if you possess following criteria:

• Possess a Nitec qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Facilities Management is preferred.
• Exhibit a positive attitude with strong interpersonal and customer-focused skills.
