Responsibilities
- Perform AC cleaning, servicing, and routine maintenance. * Carry out painting and touch-up works when required. * Replace light bulbs and basic electrical fixtures. * Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs. * Troubleshoot and resolve minor building maintenance issues.
- Relevant experience in building maintenance or a related field. * Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Responsible, hands-on, and proactive in problem-solving.
