Building Technician
Job Description
The Building Technician performs maintenance and inspection of electrical system and equipment. He works indoors, outdoors and in cramped spaces. He will have to stand for long hours, climb, bend and kneel for installation and repair. He is also expected to be detail oriented to ensure safety on job. Carry out equipment and system inspection. Carry out work in accordance to safety procedures. Fix electrical components. Keep a record of works done on-site. Maintain electrical equipment and system in accordance to code of practice. Manage maintenance work on-site. Trace faults on electrical components.
