Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the daily M&E operation of the building / condominium
- Carry out basic troubleshooting and minor repair works
- Attend to complaints within the estate
- Good team player and able to communicate well
- Trade certificates in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or related discipline
- An added advantage if have relevant experience
- Able to commence work immediately / within short notice would be an added advantage
