Summary:
Reporting to the Bunker Control & Claims Manager, the Bunker Control Expert plays an integral part in the organisation where the incumbent ensures the quantity of fuel purchased for owned & chartered is done fully under ISO 13739/22192 (SS648) specifications.
In addition, the incumbent ensures that the quantity delivered is compliant with the order placed and in accordance with our procedures to minimise any operational impact for the group (e.g. due to non-conformity (quantity defect) or linked to the bunkering operation (demurrage)).
