Provide administrative & backend support to the team
Work with other stakeholders for inventory planning & forecast
Involved in planning, co-ordination and logistics of company events eg meetings, team bonding activities, staff gathering, and arrangement of food catering
Responsible for company's office equipment and IT equipment, including procurement, maintenance and issue of such equipment
Responsible for inventory of other office assets issued e.g. phones, corporate cards
Maintain of administrative records and documents
Review and update SOP for office administration, including development of new or the amendment of existing procedures
Promote and support efforts for continual improvements for Administrative department.
Source, manage and renew company's insurance policies, licenses & permits.
Work closely with Safety department on latest Covid-19 related rules & regulations.
Arrange PE for LG/LM inspections & servicing, maintenance of LG/LM documentation and ensuring that the documents are complete and up to date
Work with other departments on PDPA matters
Assist in ISO9001 and ISO45000 documentation and annual audit
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:

Fresh grads are welcome
Able to speak and type Chinese as this position requires to liaise with Chinese associates and Chinese suppliers
