As you embark on your learning journey with us, we are excited to see you shine.This Internship provides an opportunity for fresh graduates/tertiary students to be coached to operate in the real business environment. Trainees will be given wide exposure to the financial services sector, and will benefit from the various skills and capabilities development through on-the-job training and working closely with the team where they will assist in various aspects of work such as sales advisory admin, marketing, customer service, business operations and management support. This will lead them to full time positions in the organisation if they are found suitable.

  • Support Manager and team in documentation of clients\xe2\x80\x99 portfolios & preparation of business presentations
  • Engage in client servicing & subsequent follow-ups over the phone
  • Collate sales records & perform statistics analysis
  • Learn new client acquisition strategies & hone soft skills beneficial for professional development
  • Plan & coordinate team- building events, company meetings
  • Gain industry-specific knowledge in financial literacy & financial planning
  • Opportunity to undertake sponsored certifications with good performance!
  • Bring fresh insights to streamline business processes
  • Assist in any other activities assigned
Requirements:
  • Able to commit a min. of 3-5 months
  • Currently undertaking a business-related discipline e.g. Banking & Finance, Management. Those in other disciplines may apply if they have a keen interest in the financial services sector.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task & prioritize work
  • Well organized & meticulous in handling documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Google Suite
  • Meticulous & a positive team player
  • Good command of English, verbal & written
