About the job
Our mission is to become the number #1 community for USA based students. Kempus is a trusted online community where verified students anonymously share content - and we are starting with course reviews, interest based discussion forums and polls.
Our goal is to build a team and company culture that champions craftsmanship and failing forward. We will work together to shape the future of how students connect with each other, share ideas, and build a successful future
Kempus is searching for an Intern to proactively support the People and Operations teams in providing a high level of professional service to our company\xe2\x80\x99s team members.
The internship will offer an opportunity to learn about policies and processes, and put this learning into practice - a practice that is common to many businesses whether corporate or start-up. You will gain insight into the inner workings of an early-stage startup, thus, see how a company operates close up, and gain transferable skills whilst working with industry veterans. Whilst supporting the Operations and People teams, you will also be liaising with other teams to understand how the operational aspects of running a business interconnects with the core business - in this case, our online community platform. An internship is an exchange of ideas, so in addition to learning from us, the Kempus team will also be learning from you too - therefore we look forward to meeting you
