Good vision is a basic human right. Yet uncorrected poor vision affects 1 in 3 people around the world. That's at least 2.7 billion people, 90% of which live in developing countries or at the base of the pyramid (BoP) where they have limited access to and awareness of vision care.
These 1 in 3 people aren't reaching their full potential but it doesn't have to be this way because uncorrected poor vision can easily be addressed with a pair of glasses.
In 2021, all 193 Member States of the United Nations (UN) realized the severity of the problem and passed a new resolution Vision for Everyone to deliver eye health for all by 2030.
As the global leader in vision care with a mission to help everyone see more, and be more, EssilorLuxottica has a responsibility to help countries around the world realize Vision for Everyone and eliminate uncorrected poor vision in a generation. To do so, it has launched dedicated units - Sustainable Programming (which includes the Base of Pyramid (BoP) Innovation Lab) as well as the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation - which work closely with the commercial teams of the company to deliver actions across four focus areas:

Our impact to date
EssilorLuxottica seeks a Business Analyst Intern to join the Global Mission Team, based in Singapore. This individual will work closely with Finance and the Business Teams to conduct data analysis to measure business performance and identify areas of improvements to the business.

• AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

• Collaborate with Finance and Business global partners to create insightful dashboards and reports
• Support deep dive analysis into specific KPIs to transform complex information into simple and easily understandable visuals
• Develop financial models on current and new metrics that can help to drive the business forward
• Integrate existing accounting systems and data effectively, building a strong database through identifying, collating, reviewing and validating data sets to ensure data integrity, consistency and accuracy
• Explore and utilise latest technology to find opportunities and suggest effective approaches towards improving current or develop new processes
• Support actual, forecast and budgeting exercises

• KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently studying with Business/Finance/Accounting specializing in Data Analytics
• Analytical ability and passion, business oriented and used to work with Microsoft (Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, Power Query) and Python
• Strong project management skills/ability to work on multiple topics concurrently under tight deadlines
• Reliable, autonomous, precise, good organization & communication skills
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Able to commit 6months FULL TIME Internship from Jul-Dec 2025 in Singapore.
