Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst for AI/ML projects to join our team. This is an impactful and rewarding position and is ideal for candidates with a strong background in machine learning and data science. The successful candidate will be instrumental in applying problem-solving skills and technical expertise to real-world challenges, directly impacting the company's business goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to transition from technical expertise to leadership and management roles.
Responsibilities

• Help to identify potential use cases for high impact AI/ML projects
• Help to develop sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms.
• Manage the full machine learning pipeline, including data collection, preprocessing, development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions into business operations.
• Proactively address complex business challenges using machine learning techniques and innovate creative solutions to improve the company's operations.
• Stay current with advancements in machine learning and engage in research for new methodologies applicable to the business objectives.

Required Experience and Skills

• Master in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a closely related field (strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software development principles.
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms is an advantage.
