Job Description

We would like to invite experienced candidates who have a passion for business process improvements, creation of new user experiences to join us on our transformation journey.

You will be working closely with internal business, functional units, technology team to identify operational improvement opportunities, design and implement solutions in alignment with project strategies and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and documenting business requirements/User stories with business users, translating them into functional specifications.
• Process mapping and blueprinting.
• Advocating and driving improvements through process streamlining and technology.
• Leading and managing projects from initial requirements gathering to implementation phases.
• Designing and operationalising solutions along with business stakeholders and technology team.
• Developing training materials and conducting training where appropriate.

• Degree in Business or IT preferred, CBAP certification will be a bonus.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years\' experience in business analyst role or equivalent management consulting experience.
• Adept at flowcharting and process blueprinting.
• Meticulous, strong analytical ability, documentation and project management skills.
• Good interpersonal, communication, decision-making skills and a responsible attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Any prior experience in Business Process Management projects and/or Agile Methodology will be beneficial.
