- Position Title: Business Analyst/ Business Systems Analyst
- Working Location: Serangoon North (will be moving to MacPherson in Q2 2023)
- Working Hours: Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, 9 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Gather and document business requirements by interviewing stakeholders, performing data analysis, and researching industry best practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications that development teams can use to build software solutions.
- Translate business requirements into User Acceptance Tests to ensure that the end product meets the business requirements.
- Work closely with (internal and external) developers and project managers to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements.
- Act as the quality assurance testers to ensure that the end product meets the business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business processes and workflows.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness of software development projects.
- Provide subject matter expertise to support decision-making and problem-solving related to software development projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project success.
- Any other duties and products as and when assigned by immediate superior.
- At least a Degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ IT or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a software development environment.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
