Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Business Analyst

to support the development and implementation of a comprehensive AI platform. This platform will feature third-party LLM integration, enterprise data source connectivity, and agentic orchestration capabilities. The candidate will play a key role in translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring successful project delivery with AWS Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders to define business objectives. Analyse and document requirements for:

+ Third-party LLM integration (OpenAI, Gemini, WOG Maestro).
+ Enterprise data source integration with RAG pipelines (SharePoint, Teams, JIRA, Confluence).
+ Agent orchestration and workflow automation for autonomous task completion.
Define secure connector requirements, ELT pipeline processes, and data transfer workflows. Document requirements for data security, RAG pipelines, and vector embedding. Specify user management, bot configuration, data source monitoring, and dashboard/reporting needs. Develop test scenarios and evaluation frameworks (Litmus, Moonshot). Support project management, sprint planning, and stakeholder reporting. Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Professional certifications in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or AI/ML technologies preferred. At least

4+ years' experience

in business analysis for complex technology projects. Minimum

2 years' experience

in AI/ML or LLM projects.

Experience in Talend is a must-have.

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and enterprise integrations. Experience in government or public sector digital transformation projects is

mandatory (within the last 3 years)

. Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI governance frameworks. Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and MLOps practices.
