Job Scope and Responsibility
Gather, document and analyse user requirements. Estimate, plan and track all user requests and perform gap analysis. Analyse source data and provide inputs on the handling of data anomalies. Provide rules for standardization across source systems. Work closely with the various Business and IT stakeholders to deliver project. Participate in SIT test plan and support UAT. Highlight and report any potential risks.
Work Experience
Bachelor Degree in IT or its related discipline. Relevant years of experience as a business analyst in building a Data Warehouse or Data Mart, ideally for a Bank or an Insurance company. Strong analytical and communication skills. Good attitude and self-driven, able to plan and execute projects/deliveries Ability to write test cases and perform high quality testing. Interacting with Chinese Stakeholders in China and Hongkong. Knowledge of Mandarin dialect is essential. * Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
