Work with the business analytics leads to identify and prioritize campaigns that will be scaled across the regions on data engine
Lead grooming sessions with the appropriate subject matter experts to finalize the features needed to deliver the campaign and finalize the functional specifications together with technology team
Collaborate with regional and country teams to ensure smooth roll out of the analytics-based applications to all APAC/EMEA countries
Work with country campaign delivery team to finalize delivery milestones and timelines
Lead the daily country calls with stakeholders and drive trigger rollout activities
Actively monitor campaign performance and actively recommend and facilitate improvements via experimentation, iterations of the app etc. to improve their performance
Partner with data scientists to improve the performance of the applications such as recommendation system based on advanced analytics
Requirements:
- Experienced in Basic Programming Skills and Agile JIRA workflow tool
- Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign management/ analytics / project management
